Meet Matt Owens - GYMGUYZ Metuchen

Matt played Division I baseball during his four years in college. His appreciation of sports has turned his passion for health and fitness into his career. As a result, being able to change lives and promote a healthy lifestyle, is most important to Matt. After graduating from college Matt began coaching baseball on the collegiate level and was one of the youngest head assistant coaches in the country. Matt loves spending time with his family as well staying involved in sports and staying active.

Meet Aaron Anthonsen - GYMGUYZ Peachtree City

Aaron Anthonsen is known as the "Vetrepreneur" He first gained a passion for fitness while serving in the military, where he started coaching friends in his spare time. Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is a veteran, flying Navy SEAHAWK (H-60) helicopters for several years, and is still active with the Navy Reserve. Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, or playing guitar.

Meet Dayna Corlito - GYMGUYZ East End

Dayna's professional career spanned 24 years in various roles in Financial Services. Approximately six years ago, Dayna began taking a heightened interest in the fitness industry after dealing with significant family related health issues. Her initial interest was preventative, so she began working out with a trainer and enhanced her focus on nutrition in an effort to live a healthier lifestyle. Dayna enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dogs and loves to travel.
